Your game and server
Include the server name, version, and any mods or plugins involved.
The last thing that changed
An update, new mod, restored save, or configuration change can point us in the right direction.
The error itself
A short console excerpt or screenshot is useful. Leave out passwords and API keys.
Shortcut: open Server Health in your panel and choose Send diagnostics to support. It opens a private ticket draft with your server’s version, backup status and any recognized errors. Passwords, tokens and raw console logs are left out, and nothing is sent until you review it and select Send ticket.
