Satisfactory is a first-person factory-building and automation game where players explore an alien world, gather resources and build production networks that can grow into enormous late-game factories. A dedicated server gives a group one persistent factory save instead of tying progress to whichever player happens to host the session.
Why a dedicated server?
Dedicated hosting keeps the factory online between sessions and centralizes Server Manager settings, files and backups. The 8–16 GB RAM range also gives larger late-game saves room to grow without forcing a small configuration onto them.
